By downloading, accessing, or using Leadswits, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the application.

Important Disclaimers

Not a Lender

Leadswits is NOT a lender and does not provide loans directly. We are an informational platform that helps match users with potential lenders based on provided criteria.

No Guarantee

Being matched with a lender through our platform does not guarantee loan approval. All lending decisions are made solely by the lenders.

Third-Party Lenders and Compensation

Compensation Disclosure

We clearly disclose that we may receive compensation or a referral fee when we redirect or connect you to third-party lenders or lending networks.

Any loan application or credit decisions are exclusively made by these third-party lenders. Leadswits is not responsible for any decisions, terms, or conditions provided by these lenders.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the app, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

User Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

When using Leadswits, you agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to deceive or defraud any person or entity
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
  • Access restricted areas of the app
  • Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service

Marketing Communications Consent

SMS and Call Consent

When you sign up through our mobile application and explicitly provide your phone number, you clearly consent to receiving marketing communications from Leadswits LLC and our third-party marketing partners via SMS, text messages, or automated/pre-recorded calls.

You understand that providing consent to these marketing communications is not a requirement to obtain a loan or use our platform. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

How to Opt-out

To stop receiving marketing messages at any time, clearly reply "STOP" to any text message or contact us at support@leadswits.com.

Intellectual Property

Protected Content

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Leadswits and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

App Usage

Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee:

  • The accuracy of lender information
  • Loan approval or specific terms
  • The availability of any particular loan product

Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Leadswits. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Limitations

In no event shall Leadswits be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the app
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the app
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any loan decisions made by third-party lenders

Changes to Terms

Term Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
